The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore is developing a master plan targeted for release in 2027 to strengthen Singapore’s competitiveness as a global hub. Initiatives include the Maritime Cluster Fund – Global Rotation (MCF-GR) to co-fund overseas deployment for local managers and new tracks to attract corporate venture capital and tech leaders to Singapore.
