Indonesia’s upstream oil and gas special task force, SKK Migas, has unveiled plans to drill 100 exploration wells and 100 multi-stage fracturing wells in 2026 under its ambitious ‘Triple 100’ program.
To support the initiative, SKK Migas signed a memorandum of understanding with Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara, establishing a framework for strategic collaboration.
The partnership will provide units for multi-stage fracturing operations and accelerate production through technology deployment, knowledge exchange, and adoption of global best practices across Indonesia’s production-sharing contract (PSC) areas.
SKK Migas expects the program to create added value for operators and contribute to Indonesia’s long-term energy security goals.
