Vietnam, Thailand upgrade relations to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership

They aim to raise two-way trade to $25 billion in a balanced and sustainable manner, while promoting investment in clean energy, digital and green economies, innovation, and high-tech agriculture. At the same time, they vow to strengthen cooperation in labor, science, technology, and green and digital transformation.”
